When
it comes to good taste, our talented chefs will prepare your selections from our
savory menu, which can be customized to suite your palate and budget. Our
courteous staff is ready to pamper your guests.

call us for an appointment to visit our premises, to book your event, or if you
would like more information. Our staff will be happy to accommodate you. We hope

All parties will be
charged 8% NYS sales tax and 17% gratuity.
Payment
Cash, credit card or local checks (with ID) are accepted.
Payment must be made at the conclusion of the event unless prior billing
arrangements have been made with the owner.
Deposits
$100 deposit is required to guarantee the requested date of
the event. This will be deducted from the total due at the completion of the
event.
Guarantees
The final number of people attending your event must be
confirmed 7 days prior to the date of the event. This number is the minimum that
will be billed. Increases in the guarantee number may be made up to 2 days prior
to event (significant increases may result in meal substitutions when
necessary).
Cancellation
Cancellation of your event within three months of the event
will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. Cancellation after a guarantee
number has been established (within 7 days of event) will result in a charge for
50% of the projected event bill based on expected revenue loss.
Room Charges
There are no room rental charges if the following
requirements are met:
1.
Party is guaranteed for 30 or more guests.
2.
Per person charges total at least $10.00 (excluding tax and gratuity)
There will be a $250 room charge for events not meeting the
above requirements. This charge may be waived if the room is to be shared by
another event or at management’s discretion.
Set-up
If extensive room set-up is required, an additional charge
will apply.
Decorations and favors may be dropped off the day preceding
your event. Simple decorations, centerpieces and favors will be placed by
Chanderson’s staff at no additional charge.
